Our wonderful Maître D’ Jean Claude! With his irresistibly charming French accent, you can’t help but feel welcomed with open arms as soon as you set foot in his Bistro. And that’s just that start of your French Encounter. Jean Claude has imbued the Bistro with its very own and, dare we say very special, character.
With his keen eye for quality, he sources only the best ingredients for his menu and the most outstanding wines, which doesn’t just impress his guests but makes them feel truly cared for.
Jean Claude brought a little piece of the Bretagne, his original home, to Munich. And forget about pinning a carnation to your lapel and trying to spot your date (or rendezvous, to stick with the French theme) at the Fischbrunnen, the famous Marienplatz fountain as you had to in the olden days. Much more civilised, and romantic, to meet at the Bistro.
